Program Delivery Methodology:
The Program is a blended course which has synchronous as well as asynchronous components of learning resources.
The course is delivered through the Learning Management System wherein the students would get access to the learning resources and also attend the online sessions as per the delivery schedule as published on the website.
Course Material (For Modules other than Project Based Learning):
For EMAS Program student receives Access to Learning Management System having the following learning resources as below;
1. E-Book
2. Study Guide
3. Practise Test & Assignments
4. Referral Videos / Digital Library
3. Live Interactive Online Sessions
Project Based Learning:
Few modules are based on projects based learning which the students would have to undergo for completing the said programs. Students should attend the online sessions enabling them to successfully complete the said projects. There would be no hard copy books or study guide for project based learning modules. Students would get guidance to initiate, create and submit the said projects.
Assignments:
In every subject after submitting all the activities for every chapter of the subject, the student gets the access for the Assignments.
Each subject has 2 separate assignments which student should be submitting before appearing final assessment for that subject.
Every assignment has 50 questions with 2 marks each. (100 marks per assignments)
Assignment would be available on the Learning Management System (LMS)
Passing criteria in assignment is 40% (Each Assignment)
Assignment have 30% weightage in Assessments
Each subject has 2 separate assignments which student should be submitting before appearing final assessment for that subject.
Every assignment has 50 questions with 2 marks each. (100 marks per assignments)
Assignment would be available on the Learning Management System (LMS)
Passing criteria in assignment is 40% (Each Assignment)
Assignment have 30% weightage in Assessments
Examinations:
Examinations are tentatively conducted between 15th- 30th January and 15th – 30th July. Student can attempt examinations twice a year only. Any changes in same would be communicated to the students.
Online Exams are conducted at exam centers deputed by the Institution.
Exams has 50 questions with 2 marks each. (100 marks per assignments)
Exam fees for every subject for first attempt only is included in Program fees.
The examination consists of objective type MCQ based questions
Examination duration is 1 hour.
Passing marks are 40%
The results would be declared within 3 months from date of examination is conducted. Any changes in same would be communicated to the students.
Exams have 70% weight-age in Assessments
The student can give backlog examination for previous semester if any, in the next exam cycle or with the fresh subjects of the subsequent semester.
Students who have past due payments or any pending document as required by the university will not be allowed to give their examinations
